🌐 The Matrix, My Life as a Physician, and the Birth of Cristal Rosa When I revisit The Matrix , I don’t see it as a simple science-fiction movie. 🎬 I feel it as a symbolic code — a channelled work filled with encrypted messages about manipulation, social conditioning, emotional programming, ancestral wounds, and the awakening of consciousness. ✨ For many years, I was an intuitive and curious woman. I loved spiritual and metaphysical books: Conny Méndez, Louise Hay, Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer, Eckhart Tolle… 📚 Their teachings gave me a deep feeling that life was more than what I could see. There was a veil. A Matrix. 🧠 But that spiritual knowledge only became real when life pushed me to my breaking point. As a general physician, I lived inside the frenetic rhythm of the health system. 🩺 I carried family expectations, tried to be strong for everyone, and ignored my own emotions. My body began to speak loudly: arthritis, pain, exhaustion, sadness. 😔 Every sy...

📺🧠 Media Manipulation, Advertising and the Hidden Grammar Behind Publicity

📺🧠 Media Manipulation, Advertising and the Hidden Grammar Behind Publicity (Critical Thinking and Media Literacy Post) In this learning activity, I explored how modern societies are constantly shaped by the messages we receive through advertising, mass media and digital platforms. 📱📰 After studying media literacy in the SENA material and reading about manipulative systems in 1984 by George Orwell, I realized how similar the mechanisms are. 📘👁️ Even though 1984 presents a dystopian society controlled by the “Ministry of Truth”, where language and history are rewritten to manipulate people, today’s world uses much more subtle methods—colors, images, slogans, editing and emotional triggers that influence decisions without us noticing. 🎨🖼️🔊 Advertising is not “just advertising”. It is a grammar of persuasion—a structured way of speaking to the subconscious mind. 🧩🧠✨ 🎭 Advertising as a System of Manipulation Modern media rarely shows reality as it is. Accordi...

📌 Foro Giving opinions about jobs My participation

📌 Foro: Giving Opinions About Jobs – My Participation 🌱 1. How can you be environmentally friendly at work? I work in a health company (IPS) in the city of Medellín 🏥. I think we must be environmentally friendly at work by doing small actions every day 🌎. For example, we must use yellow paper only when it is necessary 📄, and we should use digital files instead of printing 💻. We can collect plastic caps and batteries in an eco-point ♻️. We have to turn on the air conditioning at 8 a.m. and turn it off when it is not needed ❄️. We must also turn off the printers, lights, and computers at the end of the shift 💡🖨️. These actions can help save energy and reduce waste 🌿. 🌼 2. What kind of incentives could a green company offer to its employees? A green company could offer many good incentives 🌍. For example, employees could receive bonuses if they create and apply sustainable ideas at work 💡💰. The company should also give discounts for public transportation 🚍...

📍“Sharing life experiences” : Adapting to a new appointment system in a chaotic health context 🩺

🩺 Adapting to a New Appointment System in a Chaotic Health Context 📍 Context of the Experience In February of this year, I was working as a general physician in external consultation at an EPS in Colombia when the organization changed the appointment system. It went from fixed appointment hours to a new “managed schedule”, where several patients were grouped in the same time interval and a manager moved them depending on who arrived or who was missing. Many patients were used to very exact appointment times, so they felt confused and angry with this change 😕😡. At the same time, the current health system in our country is full of contradictions, authorization problems and administrative barriers. Because of all this, many colleagues decided to resign, and some of them later returned, which created a feeling of instability and chaos in the workplace 😓. 🎯 Question 1: What was the result of the experience? The result of this experience was stressful but also very meani...
