When I revisit The Matrix, I don’t see it as a simple science-fiction movie. 🎬 I feel it as a symbolic code — a channelled work filled with encrypted messages about manipulation, social conditioning, emotional programming, ancestral wounds, and the awakening of consciousness. ✨
For many years, I was an intuitive and curious woman. I loved spiritual and metaphysical books: Conny Méndez, Louise Hay, Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer, Eckhart Tolle… 📚 Their teachings gave me a deep feeling that life was more than what I could see. There was a veil. A Matrix. 🧠
But that spiritual knowledge only became real when life pushed me to my breaking point.
As a general physician, I lived inside the frenetic rhythm of the health system. 🩺 I carried family expectations, tried to be strong for everyone, and ignored my own emotions. My body began to speak loudly: arthritis, pain, exhaustion, sadness. 😔 Every symptom was like a glitch in my personal Matrix — a small “code error” showing that my reality was not aligned with my truth.
That was the moment I understood my own Matrix:
- living on autopilot
- silencing my sensitivity
- forcing myself to fit in
- performing instead of feeling
- disconnecting from my inner voice
My body gave me the red pill. 🔴

- leaving toxic places
- ending relationships that drained my energy
- moving to another city
- opening my spirituality
- healing my lineage
- listening to my heart again
- practicing yoga, meditation, fasting, writing, crying, breathing, and reconnecting with movement 🧘♀️✍️
During these eight years, I became a student of my emotions — an alchemist of my shadows — a woman who chose to transform her pain into purpose. 🌱
And along this path, I understood something essential:
Illness does not punish. Emotion does not destroy. The body does not betray. Everything is information. Everything is guidance. 💫
